主讲人：Robert Bland，北德克萨斯州立大学公共事务管理学院荣誉教授（Endowed Professor of Local Government)。著有专做三部，其中包括International County/City Managers Association（ICMA）所出版的A Budgeting Guide for Local Government。主要研究方向包括美国房地产税、政府财政关系、市政债券以及地区经济发展问题。 近期研究成果发表于“Public Budgeting and Finance”, “American Review of Public Administration”以及“State and Local Government Review”等。
